Amplyfy is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users create, refine, and publish professional content. The Service includes content generation, campaign planning, scheduling, and publishing tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Amplyfy offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge is made during the trial period.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to spam, mislead, or impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Content created with Amplyfy is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. Amplyfy is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplyfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
