Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash). If you complete onboarding, we may also collect your professional background, CV content, and LinkedIn profile information to build your Author DNA.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.
Content you create: We store the content you create, drafts, scheduled posts, campaigns, and conversation history with the AI assistant to provide the Service.
Usage data: We collect basic usage data such as login times, features used, and content created to improve the Service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, personalize your content creation experience (via Author DNA), communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of the platform.
Your content and professional information are processed by third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to generate and refine content. This data is sent to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested content and is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe for payments, AI providers for content generation, and LinkedIn when you choose to publish directly. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 with unique salts. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely by contacting us at support@amplyfy.app. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are used.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
