SS&C just won a second chance to prove Arcesium stole its trade secrets.
The Second Circuit reversed a summary judgment that had cleared Arcesium and two former SS&C executives. The court found SS&C presented enough evidence of misappropriation to warrant a trial. Original case dates back to 2015 when the executives left to build a competing hedge fund administration platform.
