Elisa Estonia expands 5G network in Ida-Viru, Hiiumaa

Elisa's 5G rollout in Estonia's border regions isn't a coverage play. It's an operational question.

Between June and August 2026, 22 base stations went live in Ida-Viru County — Narva, Johvi, Kohtla-Jarve, Sillamae, Narva-Joesuu. Hiiumaa Island is now 100% 5G-enabled across all base stations.
